The first day of the 3 day fruit cleanse involves the drinking of protein mix every two hours, raw vegetables and fruits for meals and drinking lots of water. The second and the third days are the actual flush days.

On the second and third days, one should consume fresh fruit servings at intervals of two hours and a single serving of raw vegetable salad. This should go along with one protein drink and lots of water throughout the day.
