Treating acid reflux can be done in a natural perspective. Although there are many over the counter medications for acid reflux, it is still best to treat this or any type of condition for that matter using the natural approach. 1.) It has been said that there are certain foods that can lead to the development of this condition. With that in mind, it would be best for you to make yourself a food diary wherein you can record all of the food items and beverages you consume on a day to day basis. By doing so, you can single out the type of foods or beverages that are triggering your acid reflux. Once you have that taken care of, refrain from consuming such food/s for the time being and see what happens.

2.) You also need to chew your foods thoroughly, so it would be easier for your stomach to digest the foods you consume.

3.) Avoid eating large servings, especially at night. As a suggestion, eat smaller, but frequent meals all throughout the day.
