<p>c.)	Swinging Lunges with Dumbbells: Now, this is the combination of exercises A &amp; B and this is a high intensity routine, so you need to be a bit careful with this one. Go for the forward lunge. Once in that position, swing back up to the standing position and then immediately go into the reverse lunge position. Repeat the process with the other leg.</p>
